TCIC Clutch Control System
CLUTCH CONTROL SYSTEM
If a change of gear speed is required in driving cars, the clutch shall be connected and disconnected. For this, the operator connects and disconnects the clutch by manipulating the foot pedal. There is a clutch control system that connects and disconnects the clutch through the manipulation of the clutch pedal, which is divided into a mechanical type that transmit power to cable and a hydraulic type that can be easily manipulated with small force through the use of Pascal’s principle.
CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER
Generates the pressure of working oil to transmit the working force of the clutch pedal of the operator to the clutch.
CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER
As hydraulic pressure generated from CMC is transmitted to CRC through a pipe, CRC converts pressure energy into force to connect and disconnect the clutch.
